The Parish of St Michael & All Angels, Nether Wasdale which is part of the Combined Parish of Gosforth and Wasdale, has adopted the Carlisle Diocesan Safeguarding Policy according to the National Church of England Polices; and the 'Church Management Committee' receive regular reports on safeguarding from the Safeguarding Officer appointed by the parish PPC and has responsibility for all three churches in Gosforth and Wasdale.
