Holy week:- Tuesday 31st March - Service of Night Prayer - Compline - 7pm On Good Friday it is the custom of the Church to keep vigil for the three hours (12md - 3pm) during which Christ hung on the cross and suffered for our sake. The Hours may be devoted to meditative readings interspersed with silence for our own prayers, with a more formal time of worship at the end. Feel free to come and go quietly during this time, gathering for the final act of worship at 2.30 pm if possible. Easter Sunday - 10:30 am Celebration of Holy Communion beginning outside the church where the Easter candle is lite from a bonfire. Before being carried into Church.
