What does 'all age communion' mean?
It's a service where all ages worship and meet together. We use modern words / liturgy, a mix of traditional and contemporary music. There's an accessible talk, we might use multimedia or something creative. We laugh, we sing, we learn about how to follow Jesus, we pray for ourselves and other. We come as we are and we meet Jesus in bread and wine and in each other's company - we invite you to do the same.
What about children? Are they welcome too?
We love to welcome children in our services. Noisy, quiet, shy, outgoing, inquisitive, fidgety, can't keep still - we welcome all children, just like Jesus did (and that goes for adults too).
We have toys, books, crafts, Lego and crayons for children and try to involve them in the service if possible (and if they want to!). They are VERY WELCOME.
Please note we are an 'Autism Affirming Place of Worship'.
