Accessibility
We believe in an Inclusive Church which does not discriminate at any level, including economic power, age, gender, mental health, mental ability, physical ability, race or sexuality.
Disabled parking spaces are clearly marked in both car parks. There are cobbles in the front of the church. Parking at the rear of the church offers a smooth, level surface for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
We have a portable ramp for the south porch entrance and level access through the Church Annexe at the back of the church.

We have two car parks, one situated behind the Parish Centre, opposite the Parr Arms on Church Lane the other at the bottom of the church track to the left of the Parr Arms. For busy services at the weekend or at holiday times we also use the school yard as overflow parking.

Our Building
St Wilfrid's is Grade One listed and dated back to the C12th. Our Annexe (2021) enhances the building with a meeting space and toilets.
A guide to the stained glass, some of which is medieval, is available at the back of church.

Music and Worship
Visit our website for more details about joining our award-winning team. We installed a new ring of 10 bells in 2019.
We have an annual concert series featuring nationally and internationally acclaimed artists and a variety of musical styles.
Organ music is an important part of our regular worship. We offer an organ scholarship annually.
BCP Holy Communion twice a month at 8:30am
Visit our website for more information about the choir who sing, in normal times, at our 10am Sunday services. Alongside choral singing we also have regular musical input from musicians who play piano, guitar and violin.

Grappenhall Brownies meet each week in the Parish Centre, 6:15pm on Tuesday.
Community Choir meets on Tuesday evenings at 7pm -9pm in church, first session is free

We are a Fairtrade church
Donations can be left in church or at the church office and we have regular collections through the year to support Warrington Foodbank.
We have screens in church for use during most services and an excellent sound system

The Parish Centre can be hired for regular classes or groups and for social events. The Church Annexe is also available for occasional hire. Contact the church office for more details
We have achieved our bronze and silver award and are working towards our gold. Our churchyard is managed to encourage bio-diversity and wildlife.
