You’re invited to church this Christmas!

You are very welcome at our Advent and Christmas services and events – bring your family and friends or come along on your own. Whether it will be your first time at church or you have been before, we look forward to welcoming you!

All events Calendar Advent & Christmas

Lots of special Christmas events - come listen to our bells ring out for Sunday services, Christmas Eve (midnight!!) and Christmas morning at 10 am. Join in the carols in our beautiful church and feel the joy of Christmas. Don't worry about hymnbooks - all the words will be easy to read on screen. Bring all the family! We will have refreshments after the service on Sunday and Christmas Day but not on Christmas Eve (the little helpers are very busy, so they need a little break.)

Carols by Candlelight

For all the family - enjoy the festive atmosphere by candlelight in our beautiful ancient church. Sing your favourite carols in the light of our Christmas Tree and (safe electric) candles plus some real advent candles in the choir.

Crib Service

Come and enjoy the Christmas story brought vividly to life by our wonderful children. They have been rehearsing all week, this can be the start of your Christmas. Everyone is welcome. Come and experience this event in our beautiful church which our children (and you) will remember for ever.

Christmas Midnight Mass

Welcome Christmas with all the family. We can move the chairs so all the family can sit together including wheelchairs and baby buggies. Enjoy a really special Christmas in our historic church. Common Worship Midnight Mass. Everyone is very welcome
