About Us

overlooking the famous ferry terminal, the ferry travels from Seacombe to Birkenhead across to Liverpool in a triangle service. It is an island church with four roads leading to it. Our spire can be a point of reference to ships coming up the Mersey to the local docks and entrance to the Manchester Ship Canal.

The church is a centre for public worship and a community centre. In addition to regular events and clubs we host a social supermarket and a foodbank in our church building premises.

The church is surrounded by lawns and borders with flowers and bushes, plus two trees that are in memory of past members of the congregation. There is also a small part which is walled as a remembrance garden for the burial of ashes, with a place for plaques on the walls. The garden is looked after by members of the congregation.
