Come and join us for a fun, outdoor telling of the Christmas story. Gather from 4pm for a 4:40pm start.
We will have a few readings and scenes in a number of locations around the church and in the barn along with singing carols as well.
It will be cold, so wrap up. Wellies are optional but the ground is usually damp underfoot.
We also have mulled wine and mince pies afterwards as well.

Our carol service is a warming and moving service with traditional and popular carols and hymns that tell the story of Christmas. It is a glorious and joyful way for us to celebrate the birth of Christ.
We hope to welcome as many people as possible, including the congregation of St Michael's Church, Hulme Walfield.

Midnight Mass at Marton Church

This late-night service starts on Christmas Eve and ends just after midnight, so you’re among the first to celebrate Christmas! ‘Mass’ is simply another name of ‘Holy Communion’ or ‘Eucharist’ or ‘Lord’s Supper’ and it is when the congregation shares bread and ‘wine’.
This will be a joyous service for all the Rural Daneside Churches and it will be held at Marton Church. Everyone is very welcome to join us.
