Holy Week ends with the three days leading up to Easter Sunday, known as the Paschal Triduum. The first of these is Maundy Thursday, when we celebrate the last meal that Jesus ate, with his disciples. Maundy comes from the Latin word for "command," and refers to Jesus' commandment to the disciples to "Love one another as I have loved you."
