Harvest

Our harvest service will be on Sunday 11th October with Alison Seville from Tear Fund. A monetary collection will be taken for a mission partner and dry food donations will also be welcome.

Next “Youth Happening”

Sunday 11th October 4:30pm to 6:00pm. All in Year 6 to Year 13 are welcome for games, crafts, food and discussion.

Rememberance Poppies

On Sunday 11th October we need help put the poppies together in a design to stay after church. Please bring your lunch, tea and coffee will flow and production will get going. Please keep crocheting/knitting the poppies! Even if you haven’t made poppies you are welcome to join us.

Tots

​We welcome children from 0 to 5 years old, and their carers on a Wednesday morning (in term time only) from 10am to 1130am. The cost is £3 which includes refreshments, crafts, activities and singing.

Thursday Club

Our Thursday Club for the rich in years, meet together from 12:30pm to 2:30pm during term time in the hall. All are welcome from church or the wider community.

Prayer

If anyone would like to receive prayer after the morning service please move to the wing where there will be people available to pray with you. If you have any requests for the prayer chain please contact Wendy Slinger.

Grounds Maintenance

We will meet from 2pm to 4pm on the 2nd Saturday of each month to undertake some work in the grounds. Bring your own tools. All welcome.

Teams 4 U

This year’s date to bring boxes and gifts to church, for the Children’s Christmas shoeboxes will be Sunday 1st November. The collection date from church will be on Wednesday 4th November. There will be some boxes as church for a suggested donation of 50p. Thank you for your continuing support which is very much appreciated – if you have any questions please speak to Carole Locker.

Ladies Evening

On Wednesday 11th November we will be going to see “Little Voice” at Romiley Forum with a meal beforehand at The Italian in Romiley. A sign-up sheet is at back of church.
