Following the news about Church services being suspended the Church of England is still open for business, just not in the same way as it usually is so we’re doing things differently. For example, as we can’t meet up for coffee in person, we’re meeting online using Zoom. If you aren’t sure how to use this please get in touch with us and we can sort you out.
These are difficult times for our community, just know that we are still here for you, praying with you and for you.

Wednesday

Bible study via Zoom

Every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. for 1hr

Talbot Road
Newton, Hyde
Manchester

Our regular weekly bible study restarts on the 6th May following our Wednesday morning Eucharist and Virtual Coffee. It's very relaxed and informal and everyone is welcome. You don't have to contribute if you don't want to. It's OK to just listen until you want to join in. And don't worry about not knowing answers or asking a daft question. Non one has all the answers and no question is daft.
Why not give us a try? Follow the link from either our Facebook page or website.

As we didn't finish our Lent course before the lockdown, we've decided to start it again before from the beginning using Zoom. The book we're studying is "Waymarkers - a route map through Lent to Easter" by John Saxbee. The sessions we did previously were really good so we're looking forward to starting it again.
You will need a bible and a copy of the book, which costs about £9.00 and available on line.
