Our 8am Holy Communion service is a quiet, meditative service which takes place in the beautiful side-chapel inside St Barbara's Church. The service lasts about 40 minutes and is attended by between 10-15 people each week.

People who come like the simplicity and the space of the service, the opportunity to pray, receive communion and hear a short talk on the bible reading for the week.

However busy the rest of your Sunday, it is a great way to begin the day.

This is our main Sunday service, suitable for all ages. The service consists of music, readings, a sermon and communion, and lasts just under an hour. An opportunity to prayerfully reflect on Christ's journey to the cross at the beginning of Passiontide, through readings, pictures and prayers.

Prayers and Bears is a service for pre-school children and babies, and their parents and carers.

It is a wonderful mix of songs, treasure hunts, prayers, stories and crafts, lasting for 25 minutes, and followed by time for refreshments and play.

Prayers and Bears is hosted by Earlsdon Methodist Church and led by Tulo, the vicar at St Barbara's.

The doors open from 8.45am so parents and carers dropping off older children at school don't have to go home but can come and relax in the cafe area at the Methodist Church. The service begins at 9.30am, but don't worry if you are late - we appreciate that getting out the door with little ones can be a challenge at times!

After the service, many parents and carers choose to stay behind for another 45 minutes or so, chatting while their children play. Refreshments are free.

Prayers and Bears meets every Wednesday in school term time at 9.30am at Earlsdon Methodist Church

This is a small, intimate communion service every Wednesday morning at 11.30am. It takes place in the beautiful side-chapel inside the church, and is attended by 5-10 people each week.

If you are looking for a service that gives you a quiet, still time to pray and reflect, and receive communion, in the middle of your week, then this is the service for you.

Come and join us for a very special Buzz at St B's. At 4.00pm we gather in the church hall to make crafts on the Easter theme, before we walk through the events of Easter, going to different parts of the church and garden to experience the Easter story through drama and song. We finish with a delicious tea.

Join us for our special evening compline service, as we reflect on the events of the last week of Jesus' life, through readings and prayers.

An intimate and beautiful service as we share communion and reflect on the events of the Last Supper through music and words.

This is a fun, creative and interactive service for families. The service involves lively songs, craft, drama and other activities. It last 40 minutes and is followed by tea, with a delicious range of sandwiches and cakes.

It is a great way to end the weekend, especially if you find getting to church on a Sunday morning a bit of a challenge!
