There’s always something happening at Ettington Church, and everyone is very welcome to join us. Our pattern of worship offers a mixture of traditional and informal services, with plenty of opportunities to worship, reflect, meet others and enjoy being part of our church community. >br> On the first Sunday of each month, we usually have a clergy-led Communion service. The second and third Sundays are informal Morning Worship services, led by members of our own church community and based around the readings from the lectionary. The fourth Sunday is our popular All Age Worship and Café Church – a relaxed and informal service with activities, conversation, refreshments and worship for all ages. It has become a real highlight of our month and is a particularly welcoming place for families and anyone who may be new to church. When there is a fifth Sunday, we join with the other churches in the Stourdene Benefice for a special Benefice Communion service, which takes place at a different church within the benefice each time. From time to time, the regular pattern may change, for example when a member of the clergy is available to lead an additional Communion service. We’ll always make sure that any changes are included in our latest service information.
