Pilgrimage and Treasure Hunt around Castleton village and church. 8 stations following the events of Jesus' life, from the Nativity to Pentecost. A short Bible reading, reflection and prayer at each station, together with a locally-based question to solve.
On Ascension Day 2025 (29th May) there will be congregation members in St Edmund's Church to chat and to give out small prizes (while stocks last) to anyone completing all 8 stations.

St Barnabas

Welcome to St Barnabas' Church. We share a regular pattern of monthly services with our other benefice churches; St Edmund's, Castleton and St Peter's, Hope. Details can be found on the Services and Events page.

St Barnabas is open every day from 10 am to 4 pm. Please come in and enjoy our beautiful building, and take time for prayer or quiet reflection.
