Newbold Parish Church, St John's

Newbold Parish Church, St John's is a place of worship, fellowship, prayer, fun, laughter, and above all a place for people to encounter God – Father, Son & Holy Spirit!

Our worship style varies depending on which service you attend. From a traditional C of E holy communion service, to inter-active family fun.

We also have strong links with our local primary schools, including Newbold Church Primary School.

Our parish of Newbold: St John the Evangelist is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Derby’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor, see contact details at https://www.newboldparishchurch.org.uk/safeguarding/. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
