Peace and Quiet in Troubled Times is an opportunity to give ourselves time and space away from the daily tasks, worries and fears which can put our minds in turmoil. We are invited to focus on music, words and pictures and to keep silences in between, to enter an oasis of calm, to engage in ‘mindfulness’.
