About Us
St Swithun’s is a small and friendly church community, located at the south side of Belper. Having historically had leadership from Anglican priests and Church Army evangelists, the church is theologically diverse and missionally positioned. Our worship style and spirituality gravitates more towards the traditional and eucharistic than the other two churches in the Parish, and we typically have organ hymns and occasional piano songs. Our holy communion services are our most well-attended, and we also host a midweek communion service on the first Wednesday of each month.
