Christmas Eve at 4.30pm : Carols in the Churchyard - a short service with Carols and Readings. Please wrap up warmly and bring a torch. There IS a car park in Codnor Denby Lane, opposite the church. It will be open from around 5.20 pm onwards. Parking is on a first come- first served basis. Please wear suitable shoes as it will possibly be muddy after all the rain we have had. All of us at St James' Church, Codnor wish everyone a Happy Christmas and the very happiest and most peaceful of New Years!
