Church of England Diocese of Derby Breaston

St Michael's

St Michael’s is a diverse church in the heart of Breaston Village, serving, supporting and sharing the love of God with everyone across the Erewash community. All are welcome, wherever you are on your journey with faith.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the church is open for private prayer (only), on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 am to 12 noon. We are re-opening for worship from Sunday 26th July 2020 for a said service of Holy Communion at 9 am. We are continuing to stream a more contemporary service at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings - you can join us on Facebook (and feel free to add comments or say hello!) or YouTube.

St Michael's is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishop's guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Derby’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
