Getting here

Thank you for visiting our entry and we hope you find what you are looking for but if not please do contact us. We do of course welcome both newcomers and occasional vistors as well as those who may want to find out more about our way of worship.

Holy Trinity is the Parish Church for this part of Ilkeston and is here to serve the people of the parish as well as the many who come to worship here from further afield. It is a large Victorian building erected in the 1880s when this was a thriving industrial area dominated by coal mining and the textile industry.

We are a friendly congregation that maintains a traditional style of catholic worship and are affiliated to The Society (of St Wilfrid and St Hilda) and under the pastoral care of the Bishop of Oswestry.  There is a Sung Mass every Sunday with two Said Masses during the week.We have close ties with St Laurence's church in Long Eaton.

Priest-in-Charge (also the Vicar at St Laurence's Long Eaton):   post currently vacant.
