Our seven churches come together for a United Benefice Service when there is a fifth Sunday in the month. This month it is St James' turn to host the service. We are looking forward to welcoming friends from across the Benefice. The service will be lead by the Venerable Matthew Trick, Archdeacon of Derby City and South Derbyshire.

St James' Church Swarkestone

St. James’ Church is situated down a quiet lane by the banks of the Trent and close to the famous and historic Swarkestone Bridge.

We are a small but welcoming and friendly congregation.  Visitors are always welcome at any of our services and to join us for coffee and chat afterwards.
