About Us
St Michael's Church is in the heart of the village sited next to the river Trent and the Mercia canal.
The church is currently in interregnum as our previous vicar has recently retired.
The church has in normal times a social / fundraising event on the first Saturday of each month in the village hall.
The church pre COVID opened one morning a month for a library as there are a variety of books which can be borrowed, it is hoped that this will be able to recommence in the new year.
The Church is a lovely intimate location for a wedding or baptism.
The churchyard has now been closed but within the grounds lays a war memorial from the second world war. It offers a quiet place for prayer and reflection.
