St Brandon's
St. Brandon’s is the parish church serving Brancepeth village and the surrounding area.
Our purpose as a church is both to worship God and to share the love of God that we celebrate here, through our activities together and as individual Christians. Regular Sunday services are at 10.15 a.m. You can be sure of a friendly welcome.
The church building is available to hire for concerts, choral events, recordings, quiet days and as a conference venue.
Please contact the church hire co-ordinator on [email protected] for all enquiries.
Visit out church website for information on upcoming events, and all our regular activities.

Safeguarding
At St Brandon's, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for everyone, and to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.
We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Durham’s safeguarding pages (https://durhamdiocese.org/category/safeguarding/) contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
A full text of the parish safeguarding policy can be found at https://stbrandon.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/3-Parish-Safeguarding-Policy-February-2026-Rev.-3.pdf.
If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Geoff Moore on 07854 696664 or [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
