At Christ Church we prioritise prayer. Our aim is to encourage and enable prayer in an accessible way for all ensuring praise, gratitude and confession as a way to connect with the Trinity, strengthen faith, and develop a personal relationship with God.

Monthly prayer walk. Alternate Fridays through the year. Meet at Christ Church front door for a gentle walk, enjoy fresh air, felllowship, prayer in the woods and a cuppa! Contact Rev'd Anita for further info.

10am Communion. Join us for a warm welcome, contemporary worship and communion. Staying around for refreshments afterwards is a must!!

If you would like to book a Baptism - please attend one of our Sunday Services (10am or 5pm) and chat with Rev Anita afterwards over a cuppa!

Join us at 5pm for TAKE-5, a welcoming and relaxed, cafe style service held in our Church Hall. We worship and focus on a weekly theme which forms the centre of a time of reflection that suits your style: 'table talk' discussion; guided prayer & activity; or simply an opportunity to soak in worship music... we follow this up with refreshments and cake around a family table - Belong, Believe, Become, Bless.

Tuesdays 10am-2pm - visit our welcoming Community Hub in the church hall - drop in for a cuppa (there will be cake too!). Table top activities/crafts/chat, free food from our 'People's Pantry', digital device support from Age UK and a separate prayer room open to all. At 11.30am there's an optional short Communion service in our prayer room.

11.30am weekly on Tuesdays join us in our Prayer Room in the Church Hall for a short Communion service - then why not pop into our community hub, 'The Well' - for lunch!

Relaxed, friendly and welcoming discipleship group commencing with soup and crusty bread. Join us to explore 2 questions: Who am I believing in? and, What am I becoming?

Thursdays, 10am - 11.30 am (term time). Bring your 0-3yr olds along for a time of play, refreshments, story and song! It’s also free of charge!

Christ Church is open every 2nd Thursday in the month from 6.30pm. Spend an hour in church experiencing peace that is beyond all understanding - prayer together or alone. All welcome.
