Common Worship, alternating a Service of the Word with a Sung Eucharist
Each Tuesday we hold a mindfulness meditation group. Initially we met in the chapter house All Saints but due to the cold weather, from December 2023 we decided to hold our meetings at 1 Deanery Cottages.
The session comprises of guided meditation then a period of silent meditation. In total this lasts 45mins then we have refreshments.
This is a free group and is open to anyone. It is a drop-in so no long-term or regular commitment. Do come along and give it a try, no experience necessary.

Act of Worship
We meet fortnightly on a Thursday evening in the Chapter House, except in July and August. We have a range of speakers for most meetings. We also enjoy a shared meal approximately four times a year. For further details contact Deanna Leyland on 01207 504616.
Messy fun, crafts. songs and stories- and a delicious free messy tea!
Monthly family Communion service with St John's. The service includes family friendly activities, crafts and worship.
Each meeting is centred on contemplative prayer in the Christian tradition.
A brief reading, or piece of music, leads into about 30 minutes of silent contemplative prayer.
We welcome people of all denominations.
We welcomes those seeking a place for silent prayer.
We meet on first Monday in the month unless this falls on a Bank Holiday, when we meet on the 2nd Monday January 8th, April 8th May 13th
We met once a month in the Chapter house at 2pm on the second Tuesday in the month. We arrange a series of speakers as well as having time for a short service and refreshments.

Come and hear about what happened last year in the life of the Church in our two communities and plans for the coming year. Afterwards there will be refreshments and a chance to chat.
