Heritage Open Day on September 19th ran from 9.30 a.m to 3.30 p.m, and welcomed visitors from the villages of Toft Hill and Etherley, from further afield and those who’d lived in the village as children and young adults and returned to share their stories. The chat was very interesting and many cuppas and biscuits were consumed. One visitor even treated us to an impromptu organ recital! Many thanks go to those who helped, visited, and donated to our Chancel Floor Appeal.
