Until the early 20th Century, St Peter's and St Cuthbert's were the only churches in the area, but as the town of Billingham grew rapidly, new estates grew that now link the whole area. However, St Peter's remains in many ways a village church, serving the long-established village of Wolviston, but contributing energy and imagination to the Billingham Team Parish.
Our parish of Billingham is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.
