This month we have eco tips linked to the final of the 3Rs – Recycle- Look at the list of recyclable items that your council take. Are there any that you are surprised by?- Next time you go to a supermarket look at their recycling bins – what do they take? Batteries? Soft plastic? - Have a look at the Terracycle website. Is there something that you could be recycling that you currently don’t?

Earth Hour is a worldwide movement to encourage positive environmental impact. We can show support for our planet by turning off all non-essential lights and unnecessary electrical devices for 1 hour from 8.30pm – 9.30pm on Saturday 26th March. Feel free to pray as you wish. Take part in some/all of the prayer station activities linked to creation and the environment that can be completed at home with things you will probably have in your house already. Or silent prayer, perhaps focussing on Genesis 1:1-31 or the readings for Compline.
