This summer 15,000 paper Peace Doves will be suspended in the Nave of Durham Cathedral from Friday 26th July 2024 to Wednesday 4th September 2024. The installation ,the inspiration of the artist Peter Walker will be accompanied by a soundscape composed by David Harper.  Each of the handmade paper doves will be created by the public. If you are interested in becoming involved you can create your own Peace Dove message of peace, hope, love and friendship from Monday 1st April to Saturday 20th July.
