Usually 3 candidates are baptised within the service. Provision can be made for baptism within any of the Sunday services by prior agreement.

A Eucharist; no music, homily included, Common Worship, 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Sunday of the month, BCP 1st of the month.

Traditional Eucharist with bell ringing, organ, choir, servers and acolytes and an address, There is a crí¨che area available and a Sunday School runs concurrently in the St Mary's Centre.

Choral Evensong: Organ, choir and address. CW or BCP

A drop in time when bookings are taken for Marriage and Baptisms.

A reflective and gentle celebration of Holy Communion. Usually 6-10 people attend.

Parents & Godparents of children, and adult candidates are invited to a Baptism Rehearsal and Instruction.

Choral Evensong in the historic and unique Gibside Chapel set in the heart of the Gibside National Trust Estate and the parish of Whickham. The service is BCP; there is organ and singing. Access is by foot from the car park, a shuttle bus will take people to the centre if so desired. There are steps into the Chapel. For disabled access to the chapel wheel chair users should request help from staff when they reach the NT reception.

A family friendly Service of the Word; informal and involving worship songs, reflection, crafting and prayer and refreshments. It is held in the St Mary's Centre, adjacent to the parish church in Church Chare.
