Lent, Holy Week and Easter in the Parish. You are welcome to come along and take part in any of our services and spaces set aside for Lent. Across the parish all four parish services are hosting spaces for prayer, reflection, study, traditional worship, contemporary praise as we preprae to walk through Holy Week with The Revd Dr. David Bryant. David recently retired from his role as Principle of Lindisfarne College of Theology, an inspirational teacher, we look forward to hearing his reflections at our services on Maundy thursday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. What began as a craft activity during October Half Term quickly blossomed into something connecting differnent parts of church life. Feathers ... or enough feathers to construct a set of Angel Wings in time for Christmas.

If you are visiting St. Paul's Church and Gift Shop and would like to support local charity the Key 2 Life Food Bank we have a collection box for donations and our volunteers make regular drop offs to the foodbank.

On Sunday 16th May The Rt Revd Paul Butler, Bishop of Durham and The Rt Red Sarah Clark, Bishop of Jarrow will be joined by writer and broadcaster Sheridan Voysey as they set out on the inaugural pilgrimage from Jarrow to Durham.
