Remembrance Sunday 11th November 2025 This year the Remembrance Sunday service will be at Croydon Church with it starting at the war memorial at the junction of High Street and Church Lane at 10.45. After the service, laying of wreaths will then occur at Arrington/ Wimpole war memorial for those two parishes going onto Orwell for that parish. Barrington's service will be on the 11th of the 11th joining with Barrington School. The laying of wreaths at Arrington/Wimpole and then Orwell is only a short service of about 15 minutes. It is of course out of doors

Clifden Close

An informal service based around Common Worship using modern language based in Clifden Close Community Rooms. The service has hymns, prayers, bible readings and a discussion based around the Reading or if a priest is available an act of communion and a short sermon. After the service there are refreshments and a time to 'catch up with one another. Clifden Close Community Rooms is a modern building fully accessible and a 'warm space'.

A service also called Communion or Holy Communion. The service has songs or hymns, readings from the bible, prayers as well as the act of Communion when we remember the last supper of Jesus with his disciples, when Jesus said to them "Take, eat: this is my body which is given for you......". The service uses modern language and gluten free wafers are available for those with a gluten allergy. Refreshments are available after the service
