Crisis Counselling Support
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 12:30 p.m. for 1hr
The Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC) is providing a new service in response to the distress and suffering of many people as a result of the pandemic.
ACC’s COVID-19 Crisis Counselling Support Service is for anyone in the UK, whatever their faith, who has been bereaved during the time of the epidemic and anyone working within an NHS setting in a frontline role.
The service offers anyone who is eligible up to ten sessions of counselling on a no-fee basis from a professionally trained counsellor.
Daily Hope offers music, prayers and reflections as well as full worship services from the Church of England at the end of a telephone line.
The line – which is available 24 hours a day on 0800 804 8044 – has been set up particularly with those unable to join online church services during the period of restrictions in mind.
