St George's is here to serve the residents of Brockworth in Gloucestershire, UK.
Our mission statement is to journey in faith, and share God's love.
Our church is a community of faith, rooted in the love of God through Jesus Christ. We believe worship is not just found in prayer, it’s expressed in everything we do and deeply rooted in the Bible.

St George’s Church building is of Norman foundation and can be found on the edge of the suburban village of Brockworth just off Court Road, next to Brockworth Court. We also have a church centre which contains our church office, a small chapel and a large hall with kitchen which is available for hire.
We have two acts of worship each Sunday, with a Eucharist at 9am in the church and an informal worship gathering at 10.30am in the Church Centre (kids groups available during the talk).
Refreshments served in the Church Centre from 10am-10:30am. Everyone welcome.
Mike Smith
Our Vicar Mike Smith took over the leadership of the church in January 2020, only a few months before the pandemic hit. Moving from Cheltenham with his wife Sarah, and three boys, they are loving Brockworth life and are eager to meet new people.
Mike is one of many leaders who have supported worshippers in this area for nearly 900 years.
After working in IT for nearly 15 years, he studied Theology for 8 years and became a minister in the Church of England in 2015.
He is married to Sarah and has three boys.
He enjoys meeting people, hearing their life stories and seeing the Kingdom of God at work in people’s lives.
