A medieval landmark first recorded in 1272, St Mary’s has been shaped by centuries of change. It remains a vital part of the town’s heritage, welcoming people for moments of celebration, remembrance, and connection. However, maintaining a listed building of this age is a challenge. Friends of St Mary’s is a new initiative inviting individuals, businesses, and organisations to help preserve the church – not solely for religious purposes, but also to ensure it remains part of Henley’s heritage for generations to come.
