Getting here
The village of Ampney St Peter lies between Ampney Crucis and Poulton on the A417. To find the church you need to turn into the village and it is best if park as soon as you can, as there is no parking at the church.
Walk up through the village - notice the gold Post Box - a local villager won an Olympic gold medal for Dressage.
Where the lane forks - take the right fork and you will find the church a little further up on the right hand side. If you walk a little further up the lane, there are some nice flat walks in the countryside.
