You are invited to join us on this journey where we follow the Stations of the Cross. This is a common practice in churches across the country as we follow the story from Christ's persecustion to his death through images, readings, prayers and moments of silent reflection.
This event takes place every Friday during Lent, but you are also encouraged to come on your own and make your own way through the story of the Passion.

The Abbey is open from 8.45am until 4.30pm daily.

Access may be restricted during services. Please look at the website www.tewkesburyabbey under 'service times' for weekly services.

Evening Prayer is said in St Margaret's Chapel each day at 4pm, using the Church of England Daily Prayer app.

Join us this Palm Sunday as we celebrate the arrival of Christ our Saviour into the city of Jerusalem on the back of a Donkey.

All our welcome to our evening Mass services at 6pm on Holy Mon, Tue & Wed. All services are accompanied with a short Homily.

Tonight we gather to remember the moment Christ was betrayed and persecuted as we follow the Liturgy of Maundy Thursday. This service includes, the washing of feet, stripping of the Altar and is concluded with the Watch.

As we witness Christ going in the Garden of Gethsemane, so are all invited to take part in the Watch. This will take place in our Lady Chapel from the end of our Maundy Thursday service until Midnight and will resume on Good Friday morning.

We invite all children and young people to join us for our Children's Good Friday Workshop with lots of fun crafts and activities for all to enjoy. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Today we mark Christ's Crucifixion and the sacrifice he made for us. All are welcome to join us in this solemn service which will be followed by confession.

Anyone who wishes to make a confession can do so in either our Beauchamp or Trinity Chapel following our service of the Solemn Liturgy on Good Friday.

Today we celebrate Christ's light coming back into the world through his ressurrection with the lighting of our Paschal Candle.

Today we celebrate the ressurrection as Christ conquers death for our sins. All are welcome to attend this service which will include the blessing of the Easter Garden and children's church with fun activities.

We invite all to take part in our service of Solemn Evensong as we process around the Abbey proclaiming the name and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Our music is led by the Abbey Choir.
