Safeguarding

At St. Luke's Birchwood we want everyone—children, young people, and adults—to feel safe, valued, and cared for. Safeguarding is simply the way we look after one another, paying attention to the wellbeing of the most vulnerable in our community. It’s part of our Christian calling to love our neighbour and to create spaces where trust can grow.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our St. Luke's Parish Safeguarding Officer is Brenda you can email her on [email protected]

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
