This special service celebrates the start of our Christmas season when the local community decorate our church with their own Christmas trees to create a wonderful scene for our worship until after Christmas. Families particularly welcome to this service of morning prayer and family worship.

We are relaunching our Junior Choir with the help of Jean James, a music teacher at a local primary school and hope to repeat the success we had in 2018. The sessions are in church from 6.00pm to 7.00pm on the 3rd Friday of each month and all age school children will receive a very warm welcome and in addition to singing will have the opportunity to play several musical instruments which Jean owns and plays. Refreshments provided and parents very welcome to attend whilst DBS checked PCC members will be present to assist where required.

Our traditional service of nine lessons & carols which will be boosted this year by our new Junior Choir. A service to enjoy in our church full of decorated Christmas trees to celebrate this wonderful time of our Saviour’s birth.

Our Christmas Communion which we hold at this time of Christmas Eve to suit availability of Priests. Everyone is very welcome to join us to celebrate our Saviour’s birth which still brings so much joy to the world.

Modern version of Morning prayer for families with colouring material for children

Regular Holy Communion on the third Sunday of each month, excluding December, at 10.00am. Families welcome with drawing materials for children to keep them occupied during the service whilst offered a blessing whilst the adult congregation take communion.

We hold these successful community lunches throughout the winter months excepting December. They are held in the village hall at 13.00 on the 4th Sunday of September, October, November, January, February & March. Everyone welcome for an excellent Roast Beef lunch followed by fabulous home made sweets. Please book through your normal contact or if not known call Paul on 07825 429093.
