A SERVICE OF 6 READINGS AND CAROLS.

Bells before, during….and after. Celebrate with us as we come together to hear the Christmas story, sing a few Carols, be entertained by ‘The Music Makers’, and partake of light refreshments. The ‘Music Makers’ handbell ringers will be entertaining us part way through the service with some festive tunes played on the handbells.

One of the tunes will actually be played on the church’s very own set of bells. This will be very special as they have not been played in quite a number of years. While refreshments are being served you are invited to ‘have a go’. You never know, this may be something you have always had a yearning to do – maybe something on the ‘bucket list’ – now is the time to try.

It would be wonderful if we could generate enough interest in people wishing to explore this hobby further. It would be a shame for the bells to be packed away in their little pouches and not see the light of day for another decade or so.
