Our Village Lunch, on Mondays at 1 p.m. is growing. It is lovely to welcome new faces….and thanks to Sue and John who sang us songs from The Sound of Music. Thank you, too, to the soup makers and all the helpers who prepare, serve and wash up.
The church was packed to listen to the band. Thanks to all who supported the event and to Sue Herring and her team for organising it. £2000 was raised towards redecorating this summer.
