St Mary Wavertree

St Mary's is a recognised child-friendly church that welcomes everyone. Our regular weekly services are from 10:30am each Sunday at which light refreshments are available.  We provide for young people from primary age upwards in all our services. Also see the additional entry about our "Stay and Play" activity in "Services and Events" .

We are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).

The Diocese of Liverpool’s Safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who supports our PSO. Access this guidance and contact information, at Liverpool Diocesan Safeguarding info

St. Mary’s is accessible. The entrance is via a ramped pathway and the doors throughout the building are wide. We have an accessible toilet and the main spaces are wheelchair and scooter friendly. Do get in touch with [email protected] if you'd like any more information.

If you give us your contact details and permission to use them we will be able to keep you informed.  We will keep your data safe. Our Homepage contains more information about this - click here - and look for "I'm New ".  A copy of our full data protection policy statement is available on request.
