St Mary Wavertree

A church that welcomes everyone. We are a recognised child-friendly church, with weekly services at 10:30am on Sundays followed by the opportunity for chat over a tea or coffee and a biscuit.  There is provision for young people from primary age and up in all our services. See the entry about "Stay and Play" too, in Services and Events. We are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer. The Diocese of Liverpool’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our PSO.

Access this guidance and support including contact information at Liverpool Diocesan Safeguarding info

St. Mary’s Wavertree is accessible. The entrance is via a ramped pathway and the doors throughout the building are wide. We have an accessible toilet and the main spaces are wheelchair and scooter friendly. Do get in touch with [email protected] if you'd like any more information

If you give us your contact information and permission to use it, we will be able to keep you informed.  We will keep your data safe.
