That Music Thing

Every Second Sunday at 6:30 a.m. for 1hr 30m

St Brides Church
Percy Street
L8

Come and worship through making music together. Singing (and playing if you have an instrument or would like a drum!) is good for you - and a great way to worship God and meet new friends.
We have a bring and share meal half way through - feel free to bring something to share but don’t worry if that’s not convenient.
We meet at St Brides on the second Sunday evening of each month.

Sunday

Sunday morning @ St Brides

Every Sunday at 10 a.m. for 1hr

Liverpool

Sunday morning services at St Brides are creative, liberal and progressive. We alternate Holy communion (on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month) and Morning Prayer services (on the 1st and 3rd Sundays). On the 5th Sundays, Open Table, our LGBTQIA+ evening congregation, host our morning worship.

Our services include a reading or two, maybe one from the Bible and one from another source such as a poem or reflection; songs and hymns; and a talk or conversation starter with the opportunity for discussion. We value inclusivity and a non-hierarchical approach to worship, so all are welcome to participate as equals.

Our children's group FISH (Friendly, Inviting, Spiritual, Happy) meets during the readings and talk, or you are welcome to keep your children with you in the 'main' service, whichever you and your children prefer. Breastfeeding is welcome. FISH is autism-aware.

There is wheelchair access, though we don't currently have a hearing loop (we're working on a refurb!).

At communion, the bread is gluten-free and the wine non-alcoholic, and everyone is welcomed to share in the bread and wine.
