On Sunday, 12 October, 2025, we hosted a fundraising concert featuring the Pearl of Africa Children’s Choir.The Choir is touring the UK until the end of November, with proceeds supporting the education and health care of more than 1800 children in the Molly and Paul Schools in Uganda.Christ Church Aughton has been supporting the Molly and Paul Child Care Foundation and Pearl of Africa Child Care for many years. Financially, by hosting the choir, by setting up the porridge programme and for providing a base for the choir when they visit.
