The Main Hall  [60 - 80 people] is now available for hiring Wednesdays between the times of  8.15 pm till 10 pm. Price £20 per hour. Book now for regular weekly hire  before the offer is snapped up. Alternatively you may book a single [one-off] session during these times for as long as these times are available. Hire times must include setting up and tidying up, there can be no overlap as there may be other hirers using the premises. Tables and chairs are stored during sessions but you may use them as long as they are restored before you leave. Any organising of these must be carried out by yourselves/helpers.  Contact the Leasing Officer on 741499. Fees are usually paid one month in advance as per contract but if you have any problems with this [eg. if your hire times are extensive] please ask and alternative arrangements can be made..  Also the meeting room [25 - 30 people] is available for hire most evenings and all day throughout the week at £15 per hour.  The meeting room is not suitable for parties.
