St. Anne Beech Hill is located on Beech Hill Avenue, Greater Manchester. St Anne's is an Anglican Parish Church in the deanery of Wigan and the Archdeaconary of Wigan and West Lancashire. The benifice is combined with that of St Andrews, Springlfield. Since 2014 we have been part of the All Saints Team of Churches, a gorup of 12 churches from around the Town Center area of Wigan. We are currently engaging with Transforming Wigan as we seek to grow a bigger church making a bigger difference.
Our main Sunday Service is at 10am each Sunday 1st and 3rd Sundays are Sung Eucharist, 2nd and 4th are Morning Prayer. When there is a 5th Sunday in the month we join with St Andrews for a joint Service in either St Annes or St Andrews Church. We have tea/coffee in the Community Center after the servcies. All are welcome.
Our mid week Said Eucharist is on Thursday at 9:15am followed by coffee and toast in the Community Center.
We have a Choir and we would be delighted to welcome new members to come and join us.
We welcome all to come to the Lord's Table for Communion or a blessing. We have an open policy for Baptism and welcome to all visitors.
The Mothers’ Union and the Women’s fellowship meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month in the Community Centre, you would be very welcome.
We have a range of groups including twice weekly bingo.
Our Community Centre comprises a large hall, seperate committee room, kitchen and disabled toilets. All our activities and services are open to all and everyone is welcome.
