What is The Bereavement Journey?
This course helps those who are bereaved to work through the grief and loss of a loved one even if the loss dates back several years or is more recent.

Based on Christian principles, the course is suitable for anyone with or without a Christian faith.

Topics covered include:

Attachment, separation and loss

Death in our culture

The pain of grief

Adjusting to change

The faith perspective

Each evening the group will gather (via Zoom) to watch some filmed talks interspersed with opportunities for discussion in the group (please be aware that there is likely to be a limit of 8 people in the small group to allow time and space for discussion). The course runs for 5 weeks, with an optional faith perspective week on week 6.
