As it is the responsibility of a Parish Priest to be there for all parishioners at all times, Father Michael does not operate "office hours"; all emails and phone calls go directly to him and no one else. People are welcome to contact him at any time by these means. The phone will be checked even when he returns on his day off in case there is an emergency which has to be dealt with at once. Otherwise he may not respond on his day off, but any phone messages or emails left will be dealt with as soon as possible. Special arrangements are made so that even when Fr Michael is on leave it is still possible to receive the ministry of a priest in an emergency.
