Remembrance Sunday – We Will Remember Them
“At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”
Join us on Sunday 9th November as we come together to honour and remember all who gave their lives in service for our freedom.
St Mary’s – Service of Remembrance at 9:30am. Following the service, there will be an Act of Remembrance in Church.
Those who wish may then walk to the Hendon War Memorial for the Civic Act of Remembrance at 11 am.

A service of Choral Evensong. The choir sings the canticles and an anthem, and a sermon is preached.

In addition to our regular services and events St Mary's Church is usually open to the Public every Tuesday and Thursday Lunch Time.

There has been a church on this site in Hendon since at least the 10th century and you are welcome to visit to view the building , or just come in for a few moments of quiet reflection.
Our Junior Choir is now rehearsing on a Tuesday evening - rehearsing music for Sunday services and special events. Singers from Year 3 up are welcome.
Does your child enjoy singing? Then they can join the Junior Choir at St Mary’s Church!
Open to children aged 7 years and above.
