There has been a church on this site in Hendon since at least the 10th century and you are welcome to visit to view the building , or just come in for a few moments of quiet reflection.
Our Junior Choir is now rehearsing on a Wednesday evening - rehearsing music for Sunday services and special events. Singers from Year 3 up are welcome.
All are welcome to our next Open Church on Saturday 3rd August 12.00-16.00 at St Mary’s Church Hendon.
The theme is 'The Environment and our Eco-Church'. There will be displays, a Nature Trail & Nature Hunt at 2pm, and ‘Bring Your Own Picnic’.
As usual there will be a voluntary litter pick at 12.00, and crafting, games & puzzles, refreshments & chat.
