The Daily Office is part of the universal Church's constant prayer. It is a quiet liturgy consisting of psalms and bible readings. The Office of Readings also includes a non-biblical reading, usually from one of the Church Fathers. The liturgy is held using Zoom at 07:10 Monday to Saturday.
